Objectives before TOPSYL:

Method applied:
Ecocap’s TOPSYL technologies and machinery were integrated into packaging lines to apply aluminum foil sealing on the top surface of beverage cans.
The TOPSYL sealing machines are installed downstream of tunnel pasteurizers. Before the sealing phase, intensive drying systems and UV sterilization are used to remove moisture and reduce the risk of microbiological contamination in the sealing area.
The machines operate at different line speeds and can be adapted to various formats and production capacities, ensuring operational flexibility.
