Information

In no way can the information contained on the Site be considered binding for Ecocap’s. In particular, but without limitation, the documents containing articles and other materials freely downloadable from the Site have an informative and promotional function for the project and constitute mere invitations to propose, as such in no way binding for Ecocap’s.

Links

Ecocap’s, while periodically checking the content of the web pages linked from the Site or reachable by the advertising banners (and/or from other advertising spaces) possibly present on the Site, cannot assume any responsibility for the contents of the same.

Malware

Despite periodic control of the Site, Ecocap’s cannot guarantee that it is immune to viruses or other potentially harmful programs. Before accessing the network and carrying out any operation during navigation, the user must always adopt the most up-to-date protection measures and he will be the sole responsible for this.

Accordingly with and for the aim of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, also called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), Ecocap’s discloses the privacy policy adopted during the course of its business to interested parties.

Intellectual property

General layout, images, graphic solutions, and textual contents of the web pages are original. Any use of content and brands is prohibited unless written authorization can be obtained by writing to our e-mail address.
